I’m Charlotte, the founder of C.Harris Consultancy Ltd.
I support businesses with the tasks, ideas and behind the scenes work that often become overwhelming when you are trying to run everything at once.
My work often sits between the things people know they need to do, but do not always have the time, confidence or headspace to manage properly.
That might be planning and creating social media content, improving business processes, supporting events, writing documents, creating designs, delivering training, helping with health and safety paperwork or simply bringing structure to a busy project.

The aim is simple: to make things feel clearer, calmer and easier to action.

My Background
Before launching C.Harris Consultancy Ltd, I built my experience across operations, events, outdoor activities, training, health and safety, customer service and business support.
My background includes working around the world with TUI as an Activities Manager in Holiday Villages, working as General Manager for city zip wire operations, and gaining experience with organisations such as Center Parcs and Prop Options, a large events company supporting major productions, brand activations and events.

This hands on experience has shaped the way I work today. I understand that businesses need more than good ideas or nice looking content. They need clear communication, practical systems, strong organisation, safe ways of working and support that actually helps things get done.
Over the years, I have supported businesses, activity providers, community organisations, events and training providers with everything from social media and content creation to operational planning, risk assessments, project support, event delivery and business organisation.
This mix of creative, practical and operational experience allows C.Harris Consultancy to support both the front facing and behind the scenes parts of a business.
